People usually think of practicing mindfulness as a solitary endeavor, something you do in the privacy of your own subjectivity. They’re not wrong—practice in the usual way is great and highly beneficial. But we’d like to show you that you can also practice well socially while interacting with people. And that there are some really good reasons to do so, like CC&E skill development and transfer into daily life. So, in this session, we’re going to explore and practice some ways you might do this. There will be opportunities to practice with us if you’re interested in volunteering.
