If you’re a music lover, you probably find it pretty easy to be drawn into music you enjoy.

In this workshop we’ll learn how to harness this natural inclination to simultaneously train your Concentration, Sensory Clarity, and Equanimity Skills, which will in turn heighten your day-to-day mindful awareness. You’ll be listening to music in new ways, discovering things that you hadn’t noticed before, and releasing your body to move with abandon.

You’ll leave this workshop with some fun new techniques and the confidence to create your own, using your favorite music. (Music will be provided during the session, but you will be able to adapt the techniques to music you like when you practice on your own.)
