We will begin by exploring the sensory experience of "Flow" across all the sense categories of See, Hear, and Feel. We will then combine this approach to mindfulness in a technique called “See Hear Feel Flow.” Lastly, we will briefly explore how this technique can be used as a Background practice, where approximately 10% to 20% of our attention is, in a relaxed way, devoted to See Hear Feel Flow as we move about and engage in everyday activities.
