  What is mindfulness? What are the neural factors that support mindfulness and concentration?
  Understanding the nature of experience and its relationship to craving/suffering.
  The foundational practices that support steadying the mind, warming the heart, and resting at ease.
  The experience of wholeness and the neural circuits that support “being” rather than “doing.”
  The three neural circuits of attention and their role in abiding in the present moment.
  The neural circuits that relate to egocentric and allocentric perspectives and their relationship to training attention.
  How the seven steps relate to the concept of wisdom from the traditional Buddhist perspective.
